Sungjin Byeon is a Ph.D. student at the Intelligent Data Infrastructure Lab at Arizona State University. His research focuses on systems software, with a particular interest in NoSQL databases, cache management, and file systems. Before joining ASU, he earned his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Sogang University. During his Master’s studies, he conducted research on file systems for ZNS and FDP SSDs.
